Trailblazers Foundation seeks applications for its multiple openings for candidates who are self motivated, who can take challenging assignments, expand their limits and capabilities and are keen to make a positive impact by their work. All positions are based out of Thane, a rapidly growing suburb-cum-district adjacent to Mumbai.
The positions are as below:

Position: Manager- CSR

Position: Manager- CSR
Broad responsibilities but not limited to mentioned below
- Build, lead and manage team of field officers for achieving organisational objectives.
- Build and maintain engagement with key stakeholders from the Government, corporate sector, start-ups, citizens, community members, peer organisations, educational institutions, etc. to ensure smooth implementation and sustainability of projects.
- Fund raising will be one of the primary responsibilities along with creating & writing business/funding proposals, implement/execute projects with end to end deliverables.
- Interact and co-ordinate with project stake holders and keep them updated on the project status.
- Responsible for project monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
- Key role player in achieving the CSR objective of the client as well as the organisation.
- Design range of initiatives so as to create positive impact on the environment and local communities in line with the Foundation’s mandate or that of the CSR clients.
- Planning and creating budget of projects, lead the periodical monitoring processes, submit informative reports to document the same.
- Responsible for building the Foundation’s community of volunteers thereby ensuring timely and perennial monetary and non-monetary support to the Foundation’s activities.
- Develop relationships with local media personnel at the intervention sites for cause-related media advocacy.
- Provide inputs to project proposals, managing online crowdsourcing campaigns and harnessing sponsorships.
- As the Foundation is the member of a larger corporate family, the Senior Manager will also be required to support the Foundation’s parent company in key tasks as and when required.
- Assist the Foundation and the company’s visibility and promotion activities by actively contributing to publicity campaigns and social media activities.
- Interact with media if and when required.

Position: Manager- CSR
The candidate should have
- Excellent project management, organisational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of social sector functioning.
- Knowledge of NGO compliances such as government policies & scheme, taxation norms, statutory requirements etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language and presentation skills.
- Excellent public relation skill and have an ability to maintain public relation with government (central, state & local), project stakeholders, sponsorers.
- Excellent management, administrative & training skills.
- The candidate should be problem solver, can work under pressure and should be result oriented. He or she should be able to travel at short notice at project sites and adopt to the Foundation’s objective/plan.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Social Work and MBA with minimum 5 years of experience out of which should have 2 years of independent project management and execution experience in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Broad Responsibilities (not limited to)
- The Field Officer will be required to be on field, for implementing and coordinating a range of activities and initiatives designed to create a positive impact on the environment and local communities in line with the Foundation’s mandate or that of the CSR clients
- She/he will assist in the planning and budgeting of projects, lead the periodical monitoring processes at the field level; and submit informative reports to document the same

- Have two – three years of relevant work experience
- Possess written and spoken proficiency in Marathi, Hindi and English
